Jim received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Illinois University.
Jim sees patients 17+ at the Promise Healthcare - Neil location.
His areas of clinical interest include Trauma-Informed Care, LGBTQ+ Culture Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Practice.
Jim has been a behavioral health provider for over 20 years. He finds value in his work by providing access to care for underserved populations. He encourages all his patients by letting them know that change is possible.
Jim is married and has one adult son and two rescue cats. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, traveling, Chicago and Illinois sports.
He also volunteers with Community Equity and Diversity, programs that improve access to social services.

Feiteng Su

Dr. Su attended Second Military Medical School in Shanghai, P. R. China, and Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. He completed his residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been a provider for over 20 years.
Dr. Su sees patients 18+ at the Promise Healthcare - Neil location.
Dr. Su specializes in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. He is excited to help people regain control of their lives.
He encourages every patient to follow medical advice, keep appointments, take medications, and take an active role in their journey. He wants patients to know he is here to help whenever needed.
Dr. Su is very family-oriented. He is married with two adult children. He enjoys shopping, exercising, and collecting stamps and coins in his free time.
He likes to serve the community by supporting the Community Resource Center.

Jessica Mandrell

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Jessica received her education from Richland Community College, Indiana Wesleyan, and Walden University. She has worked in healthcare for over fifteen years.
Jessica sees patients 5 & up at the Promise Healthcare-Neil location.
Jessica is passionate about learning about each patient and providing personal, individualized, holistic care. Working with the patient, Jessica believes they can collaboratively set treatment goals and support growth toward attaining improved mental health and an excellent quality of life.
Jessica loves practicing yoga, reading, hiking, exploring museums, watching true crime documentaries, and playing with her kids in her free time. We love going to" visit the Most Magical Place on Earth.”
A fun fact about Jessica is that she went to Australia during her undergrad education for an International Scholars Program, where she learned about women's health services and the universal healthcare program—and went skydiving!

Phelicia Puryear

Mental Health Counselor
Phelicia sees patients five and up at Promise Healthcare - Neil on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays and Promise Healthcare - Rantoul on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Phelicia completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Southern Illinois University and her master’s degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She also interned at the STRIDES shelter in Champaign.
Phelicia is very passionate about mental health.
She is incredibly passionate about assisting in the destigmatization of mental health in our minority communities. This will help encourage patients to seek treatment.
Phelicia has been in the mental health field for 11 years but is a new therapy provider. She believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, treating the mind, body, and soul.
Phelicia has two children and a one-year-old pit bull puppy.
She enjoys Marvel movies, reading, watching crime and medical TV, spending time with her children, and working in some self-care time when possible.
She is very passionate about activities and programming
that encourage positive influences on the youth, i.e., Boy Scouts, youth sports (First String), etc.

Ray Bement

Ray Bement did his undergraduate
studies at the University of Illinois.
Ray also has two Master's degrees. He has a Masters MA (Human Effectiveness) from DePaul, Chicago, and a Masters of Social Work MSW (Social Work) from the University of Illinois.
Ray is dedicated to building positive relationships with clients and staying current with the latest research and best practices to provide the highest level of care. He specializes in working with individuals and families going through life transitions and dealing with the stressors and challenges of living and growing in today's ever-changing world. His goal is to assist individuals and families in finding peace within themselves and their current environments.
His training encompasses multiple therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art & Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
Ray has over 20 years of experience working with individuals of all ages to support them in meeting their therapeutic goals. He enjoys working with clients to help them address issues associated with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, ADHD, and other spectrum disorders.
Ray enjoys junking, found art, and outsider art, and is a foodie. Ray is passionate about peace. He is a die-hard Chicago fan, a lifelong Illini fan and he loves sourdough bread and dogs.

Missi Allinger

Missi Allinger completed her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work at Walden University.
Missi is an MSW, a Licensed Social Worker specializing in clinical therapy. Her goal is to assist and advocate for others in our community. She will construct achievable goals and evaluate them as we progress. She looks forward to walking down your path, collaborating, and working with you to improve your whole health. Missi strives to end our community's behavioral and mental health stigmas! It is OKAY - to not be OKAY!
In our confidential environment, Missi will collaborate during her sessions of direct and honest dialogue that encourages creative self-expression, positive emotional and behavioral change, and breaking down internal barriers for your better health, mentally and physically.
Missi works with adults, teens, & adolescents, specializing in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, & trauma counseling. She uses a variety of psychotherapy treatments, including but not limited to CBT, TI-CBT, and family-focused approaches. She encourages clients to practice self-care and promotes increased self-awareness and healing to clients!

Abdelkrim Hadj Said

Abdelkrim Hadj Said earned his master’s degree of science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fort Hays State University. He is trained in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Abdelkrim practices at Promise Healthcare-Frances Nelson and Promise Healthcare-Neil. He is passionate about helping individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Trauma, Psychosis, Substance Use, and Personality Disorders. He enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them with the obstacles they face.
Abdelkrim encourages patients to become their own best advocates and to educate themselves about their health condition.
Outside of work, Abdelkrim enjoys working out, walking his dog, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with his family. He speaks four languages and loves traveling.
